We want you to be completely happy with your new home decor. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.

Be repackaged in the original manufacturer’s packaging, including all protective materials and boxes.

All tags, certificates of authenticity, and attached materials must be included.

You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where and how to send your package.
Please note: Returns sent back to us without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packing your home decor items, but sometimes damage can occur in transit.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a broken, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@decovasse.com so we can evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

If You Changed Your Mind
If your item arrived correctly and without damage, but you are not satisfied with it or no longer wish to keep it, please contact our customer support team regarding a return request.
Please note that in such cases, a small return handling fee may apply. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Please allow 7–14 days after delivery for your refund to be processed.
Shipping & Handling Fees
Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.
